Project approach

We developed the Retention & Adherence Support Series. This strategy involved two key components: 1) Non-promotional, plain-English Educational Newsletters detailing relevant health tips and study progress, and 2) Personalized Milestone Recognition (postcards/certificates) delivered at key participation points. The successful implementation relied on identifying and sequencing all necessary tasks, from content creation to scheduling.
